What Therapy With Me Looks Like

No surprises, no weird silences, no clipboard. Just a real conversation with someone who's trained to help you figure things out.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every person who walks into my (virtual) office has a different story, a different brain, and a different set of things that have and haven't worked before. My job is to meet you where you are and help you build something that actually works — in your real life, not just in theory.

We Start Where You Are

No scripts, no rigid curriculum. We begin with what's actually going on in your life right now.

It's Collaborative

I'm not going to sit in a chair and nod. We work together, figure things out together, and build strategies together.

It Works Outside the Session

Your body keeps the score. We work with nervous system regulation to release stress patterns stored in the body.
