Warm, compassionate care rooted in connection and understanding.
I became a therapist because I deeply believe in the power of human connection to heal. For over 12 years, I've had the honor of sitting with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's challenges and discover their own strength.
My path to becoming a therapist wasn't linear. Before graduate school, I worked in education and community organizations, experiences that shaped my understanding of how our environments and relationships impact our wellbeing.
"I believe that within every person lies the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. My role is to create a safe space where that potential can unfold."
In my practice, I blend evidence-based approaches with genuine warmth and authenticity. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I meet you where you are and tailor our work together to your unique needs and goals.
When I'm not in session, you'll find me tending to my garden, exploring hiking trails with my family, or curled up with a good novel and a cup of tea.
I integrate multiple modalities to provide personalized care that meets your unique needs.
Understanding and transforming emotional patterns that affect our relationships and sense of self.
Exploring how early experiences shape our patterns of relating and building secure connections.
Recognizing and building upon the resilience and resources you already possess.
Incorporating present-moment awareness to reduce stress and increase emotional regulation.
