Based on our assessment, I'll present a clear treatment plan with specific, measurable goals. We'll discuss what techniques we'll use, how long treatment might take, and what success looks like for you.

Active Treatment

This is where the real work happens. Weekly sessions focused on skill-building, cognitive restructuring, and behavioral change. You'll have homework between sessions to accelerate progress.

Progress Review

Every 4-6 sessions, we pause to assess progress using standardized measures. We'll adjust our approach if needed and celebrate improvements. You'll always know where you stand.

Maintenance & Completion

As you reach your goals, we'll transition to less frequent sessions and develop a maintenance plan. The goal is to give you the tools to continue thriving independently.
