I'm a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in anxiety, burnout, and life transitions for high-achieving professionals. My practice is built on one core belief: therapy should be practical, efficient, and focused on real results.

Before becoming a psychologist, I spent five years in tech. I understand the unique pressures of high-performance environments and the toll they can take on mental health. This background shapes my approach: I meet my clients where they are and speak their language.

My Approach

I practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). These are evidence-based approaches with decades of research supporting their effectiveness.

My style is direct and collaborative. I don't believe in endless exploration without action. In our work together, you'll learn concrete skills and strategies you can apply immediately. Most clients see meaningful progress within 12-16 sessions.
